Director of Nursing - Maternity Cover

Responsible for ensuring all rules, regulations, and guidelines are followed by employees at all levels of the house. Provides nursing and allied services assistance, clinical and strategic leadership, and direction to deliver effective, efficient, high-quality, and resident-centered care.

Accountabilities:

• Adhere to all industry regulations.

• Oversee all clinical records and ensure systems are up-to-date.

• Ensure comprehensive and tailored care to each resident's needs, and oversee continuous evaluation and assessment of care.

• Oversee the hiring process and inspire staff through example-setting, empowerment, communication, and delegation.

Requirements:

• NMBI registration.

• Prior experience operating as a designated center.

• Good clinical, leadership, and organizational abilities, with documentation of applicable degrees or approved training.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong decision-making ability.

• Supervisory/Management Qualification at Level 6.

• At least three years of managerial experience.
