My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Electronic Test Lead to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of custom electronic systems. Responsibilities:

· Test Strategy Development : Lead the development of comprehensive test strategies for electronic systems in automotive applications.

· Test Planning : Plan and coordinate electronic testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

· Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of electronic test engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

· Test Execution : Oversee the execution of electronic tests, including functional, performance, and reliability testing of automotive electronic systems.

· Troubleshooting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues discovered during testing, ensuring the reliability of electronic components.

· Documentation : Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of test plans, procedures, and results.

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an Electronic Test Lead or in a similar role within an electronics design and development environment.

· Experience with measurement and acquisition equipment (oscilloscope, power supply characterisation tools, network analyser, function generator, multimeter, etc.) and testing software (LabView, Canoe, etc.).

· Experience with testing communication signals (I2C, ETH, SERDES).

· Good understanding of Schematic and Layout Design.

· Proficiency in utilising communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SPI, UART, MIPI, PoC, LVDS, etc.
