Head of SAP Services

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the expansion and management of theSAP Services department with a focus on SAP applications (FI/CO,SD, MM, PP, DS, MM, EWM, VC and GTS)
• Technical and disciplinary management of the ApplicationDevelopment, Reporting and Master Data teams
• Designing and managing the key user organization with a focus onSAP best practices
• Contract and licensemanagement of our SAP solutions
• Design ofinnovative and future-oriented services for our specialistdepartments
• Definition, development andimplementation of processes, tools and solutions to ensure highquality applications, data and workflows
• Controlling the demand management process for the responsiblebusiness solutions
• Responsibility for SLAquality and ensuring this through appropriate processes
• Managing partners for delivery provision, collaborationwith stakeholders, delivery units and our subsidiaries in Germanyand abroad

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies ineconomics / information technology or a comparable qualification ininformation technology with several years of professionalexperience as a manager or IT project manager
• Experience in the technical and disciplinary managementof employees and in SAP project management including budgetresponsibility
• Very good SAP knowledgeacquired through practical experience and understanding of theprocesses in a manufacturing company
• Goodcommunication skills, a confident manner and a high level ofassertiveness
• Independent andsolution-oriented thinking and action
• Strongself-motivation and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Very good written and spoken English skills
