    A prominent meat processing organization is seeking a highly skilled Meat Processing Operative to oversee the handling of livestock carcasses for quality evaluation purposes.

    • Responsibilities:
    1. Delete excess fat and bone from carcasses, maintaining stringent hygiene and safety standards throughout the process

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in meat processing along with basic English language proficiency. Additionally, they must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This full-time role offers 39 hours of work per week at an annual salary of €30,000.
