Compliance Analyst - Dublin, Ireland - Engage People

A global Credit firm is currently expanding its Dublin office. As the European Compliance hub for Europe the company is building out an AML and Compliance team in a prime Dublin Office space. With a huge global portfolio, this team will grow out in the coming months and this will be an early hire into the team.

A major selling point for this role is that you'll work directly with the Head of Compliance, one of the top professionals in the space. The Compliance team works with many internal and external stakeholders and with significant outsourcing support that this position will play a key role in managing.

The role is concerned with managing the significant outsourcing provider network specifically related to the Compliance and AML requirements for mortgage holders. You'll gain lots of experience in Compliance, Data Protection, AML, and KYC.

You will:

· Oversight of Outsource Providers and reporting on the same.

· AML and KYC due diligence on mortgage accounts.

· GDPR monitoring and responding to Subject Access requests.

· Quality and Control testing across the Compliance function.

· Reporting to Senior Management and up to board level.

Experience:

· Experience in AML, Compliance, Sanctions or some other relevant area in a Banking or Financial Services area

Salary / Remuneration: €50k to 60k plus bonus and benefits
