    We are looking for our next Front Office Governance Analyst based in our office in Dublin

    Your team:

    The EMEA Governance team is responsible for the management and implementation of the Policy, Standards and Procedural documentation across Invesco's EMEA based investment centres. We ensure the Investment Leaders have the necessary tools with which to oversee their business and implement the organisational vision across the Investment Business. We are a key partner to the Investment Teams enabling the Senior Management to discharge their organisational and regulatory obligations.

    Your role:

    We're searching for a Governance Analyst for our team in Dublin. You will be involved in delivering an improved Governance Framework, ensuring documentation is in place to manage the Investment Business. You will be working directly with Senior Investors to capture the business direction and accurately reflect this through documentation. This is a key requirement to ensure the Front Office business has implemented effective business management processes and is adhering to all necessary requirements.

    You will also be involved in:

  • Working with Senior Front Office Managers to understand the functioning of the business and how investment process is implemented.
  • Capture, collate and record Front Office policy and process and ensure this is accurately reflected throughout all documentation. You will write and update Standards and Frameworks on behalf of the Investment managers.
  • Disseminate documentation across the Front Office ensuring Managers are applying the necessary Standards across their teams and individual contributors are cognisant and enable to adhere to their obligations.
  • Work with senior leaders to ensure continuous improvement of the Governance Framework and how this is delivered to the Investment Business.
  • You'll need to have:

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • A strong understanding of asset management and the investment environment
  • Experience of managing large amounts of written information
  • Ability of building relationships with Senior Leaders.
  • Being a self-starter and able to empower yourself
  • Manage your time effectively.
  • Know-how to deliver a high-quality output that represents the investment business across the organisation.
  • Experience of managing financial or regulatory documentation.
