CNM1 Theatre Nurse Clinical Nurse Manager General Theatre Theatre Dublin Hospital Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a CNM1 in Theatre to join their team.

The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 in Theatre will demonstrate managerial and leadership skills and facilitate effective communication with Staff within the hospital.

* Be a Registered General Nurse and registered with the NMBI * Have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute hospital & a minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Theatre Nursing * A recognised post registration nursing course Higher Diploma or Post Grad Course, in Theatre Nursing or equivalent or be in pursuit of same * Must have excellent patient care to a high standard * Be computer literate.

* Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.

* Have the ability to work on own initiative * Leadership skills * Clinical skills * Computer literate * Quality Focus * Risk Management Key Responsibilities: Operations People Management Learning & Education Quality Improvement & Risk Management Excellent opportunities with career progression.
