    We are now recruiting suitable candidates for the role of Plant T&A Administrator for our site in Charleville.

    About the role


    The Plant T&A Administrator has a key role to play in supporting the Kerry Dairy Business. This role is the first point of contact for all T&A and HR related queries raised through AskHR and/or directly from Line Managers. The role requires a positive 'can do' attitude and the desire to ensure our employees are paid correctly and on time.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Site to ensure all HR & T&A administration is completed accurately, on time, and all required outputs are produced and delivered. Ensuring excellent customer service is always delivered and within SLA's.

    This role will ensure best in class service delivery via continuous excellence methodology and problem solving.

    What will I be doing?

    • Administer Payroll Preparation for our weekly paid employees, completing them from start to end, ensuring that all employees are paid on time and correctly.
    • To ensure accuracy of all relevant data required for Payroll, including, rates or pay, step ups, overtime/shift/call-out payments, allowances, voluntary deductions, maternity/paternity allowances and sickness.
    • Provide day to day HR & T&A administration support in a timely and accurate manner, dealing with all queries raised.
    • Assist with implementation of site Wage Agreements, GBS Teams and ICT to ensure prompt and accurate application of any new wage agreement rates and rules.
    • Assist with audits as required.
    • Ensuring Time & Attendance System is up to date, accurate and complies with Kerry standards, including liaising with the relevant ICT teams to organize any new system requirements.
    • Maintain employees' leave balances, ensuring they are aligned to local policies
    • Manage all leave of absence requests (maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave, unpaid leave, and jury service).
    • Monitor and report on KPIs, raising issues for follow up with HR, Payroll & People Managers where appropriate. Complete regular and ad-hoc report requests including weekly and monthly KPI's.
    • Maintaining electronic filing ensuring that folders are kept as streamlined as possible
    • Support in the roll out of any related Plant HR & T&A initiatives.
    • Proactively support a variety of projects which assist the team's transactional excellence agenda.
    • Provide support and assistance to the Payroll Team, GBS teams and HR Business Partners where required
    • Policies / Procedures / SOP's – creation of, ongoing review and updating as required
    • Problem solving – ability to identify and advise on improvements and efficiencies to be gained

    What do I need to be successful?

    • IPASS Qualification and previous payroll experience essential.
    • Experience of using SuccessFactors and Kronos desirable.
    • Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft specifically Outlook and Excel.
    • Able to demonstrate absolute confidentiality in relation to sensitive information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to prioritize and manage own workload in a busy environment.
    • An enthusiastic and effective team player with a proactive "can do" attitude and who will be brand-ambassadors of the Kerry Values.
    • High attention to detail with the ability to produce highly accurate work under pressure and tight timeframes.
