Job Overview
As a key member of the Risk & Control team, you will be responsible for managing several high-profile remediation areas and contributing to the ongoing development of the Outsourcing Oversight Framework. This framework aims to improve risk management and governance within our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- To build great relationships with EU distributors who are authorized re-sellers of our products, identifying any issues with compliance, process weaknesses or regulatory gaps.
- Maintain effective tracking and accountability through oversight processes.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Legal, IT and Operations ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a regulated environment (financial services/payments/fintech) directly related to outsourcing oversight/third-party risk management/business controls/governance frameworks;
- A strong understanding of risk management principles/regulatory expectations/best practices in overseeing critical outsource providers;
- An analytical mindset proven ability to interpret data/identify trends/distil results/present clearly/concise!
