Vincent Mulligan

I am a qualified accountant and have gained post-graduate qualifications in Management of Information Technology (IT) in Accounting and professional qualifications in internal auditing and IT auditing. During my career I have held audit management roles in world-class internal audit environments and managed IT and financial audits in a wide range of challenging technical and business environments in the European and Asia Pacific regions.

I have over 25 years of audit experience including 20 years experience of delivering integrated and technical internal audit plans in government, banking, manufacturing and financial services organisations. I have extensive experience of communicating with and supporting senior management to chief executive level and senior internal and external audit professionals.

I am interested in the development and enhancement of the internal auditing and Accounting professions and I have actively supported the professional organisations of which I am a member.

Delivery of Cyber and Information Systems Governance, IT Applications and Integrated audits at  Tier 1 UK and Global Investment Banks, Insurance and Financial services organisations.

Supporting all elements of planning and delivery of audits of strategic banking applications focusing on CISO and data protection governance, attestation reviews, Insurance Core banking and eTrading applications, DLP, Cloud computing, Infrastructure, Application development and IT security and automated business controls
