I am a Director level transformation and programme leader with over thirteen years of experience delivering complex change in regulated and security sensitive environments.

I have led national and multi country programmes across public sector and professional services, covering technology enabled transformation, operating model redesign, governance, and service delivery.

I have held senior roles at Deloitte and EY, where I owned end to end transformation roadmaps, led global matrix teams, improved operational efficiency, and supported margin growth. I have also acted as Product Owner for AI enabled platforms delivered at regional and global scale.

I am the founder of Milbon Consulting, where I act as the single accountable lead for enterprise programmes involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams. I am known for disciplined execution, clear governance, and strong stakeholder engagement.
