Position: Receptionist Cum Office Assistant
Key responsibilities
Handle incoming & outgoing mails & deliveries
Attending customer calls & supporting their queries with right information
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing & documentation
Preparing quotations for material supply, provision of services etc.
Preparing Delivery notes, Sales & service Invoices, monthly sales report
Following up for payments with customers & updating on weekly basis to Manager.
Tracking international orders with suppliers, Freight forwarders to avoid delay in material delivery

LC processing, Amendment and following up with the bank.
Collection of the documentsfrom the bank.
Getting quotations from the shipping agentsfor all FOB/Ex-works Shipments.
Following up with the Ministry of Health for the detentionof any consignments.
Sending the monthly sales & stockreports to the suppliers.

Arranging Bank payment transfers for the International Suppliers.
