Duties:
- Providing administration & the completion of pricing tasks to accurately value all assets held in our funds & accumulate nav prices at both 12:00 & 17:00 valuation points.
- Daily checking, investigating & correcting of various security prices using vendors such as Bloomberg & Reuters. Asset Valuations are responsible for the daily pricing of all securities ranging from all types of asset classes such as equity, fixed income & derivative instruments.
- Sign off on securities prices which have exceeded tolerances.
- Deliver sign off on swing pricing on a weekly basis with approval from swing oversight committee deputies.
- Ensure that the department meets external daily, weekly & ad hoc internal/external deadlines.
- Sign off on price documentation which will be published to other internal / external departments.
- Input Data into our pricing system & verify output.
- Prepares weekly & monthly financial metric reports to stakeholders.
- Oversight into Fair Value decisions on pricing methodologies discussed with committee board.

- Handle Investment Financial Advisor (IFA’s) interaction through a range of channels primarily phone and email and letter, understanding their needs to provide the right solution to them.
- Take ownership of every customer interaction to ensure issues and enquiries are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the business.
- Quickly and efficiently escalate risk, potential fraud or vulnerable customers ensuring escalation to the appropriate person.
