- Content development for one- and two-day non-accredited courses for the food and beverage industry.
- Lecturer for one- and two-day short food courses including content such as food hazards and controls, document control and recording keeping, TACCP/VACCP, food safety culture. Lecturer also for QQ Level 6 Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety
