Project Director  Al Rajhi Projects March 2018 to April 2021 responsible for completing and closing out the USD 760 million dollar Riyadh Digital City project in Riyadh, KSA.

Project Director Al Arrab Contracting January 2017 to March 2018 responsible for the Aqua Raffles  25 story  Hotel and 58 story residential tower on 13 story shared podium in Jeddah.

Also responsible for the USD 800 million dollar Kap 4 project consisting of eight projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Project Director Al Rajhi Projects February 2013 to December 2016 responsible for the USD 760 million dollar Riyadh Digital City project.This consisted of four 22 story towers on 5 basements and seven 5/6 story buildings complete with a large paved area with linear fountains and an amphitheater in Riyadh KSA.

Deputy Project Director Al Rajhi Projects September 2012 to February 2013 on the Riyadh Digital City Project in Riyadh, KSA.

International and Airports Director Lagan Construction January 2012 to June 2012 responsible for running their  worldwide International and Airports division of Lagan Construction. Ireland.

Regional Director/ Contracts Manager Woodfort Group  February 2011 to June 2011,a new start up company in Dubai , Abu Dhabi and Oman. I was responsible for getting the first projects up and running.

Regional Director Pierse Contracting February 2005 to October 2010 responsible for running the Southern and Western divisions of Pierse  Contracting in Ireland.

Area Manager Pierse Contracting June 2000 to January 2005, with responsibility for the operational, contracts management and commercial success of all Pierse Contracting projects in the Southern and Western regions  of Ireland.

Contracts Manager Pierse Contracting  May 1997 to June 2000, responsible for the contracts managment and commercial success of a wide range of projects for Pierse Contracting in the South and West of Ireland.

Senior Project Manager Pierse Contracting

May 1992 to April 1997, with responsibility for running several commercial,pharmaceutical, retail and hotel projects in the Dublin region, Ireland.
