Marriott Vacation Club March 2009 - at PresentActively assist new owners during the first 18 months of their ownership to welcome them to the Marriott Vacation Club family, answer general questions, begin to plan their FDB (First Day Benefit) assignment, first ownership assignment and assist with unresolved issues that may have surfaced since the original purchase and coordinate unresolved issues with other departments. Also assisting Premier owners with more than 7 ownership weeks.
To develop and maintain a working relationship with both on- and off-site Resort Sales Executives;
Work independently; quickly analyse situations and formulate plans to overcome challenges;
To support Finance Department with collections for the Loan and the Maintenance Fees;
To track statistics, trends and overall success of the Program.
Achievements: - As of today, managing 344 New and Premier owner accounts from Spain, Portugal, England, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Middle East and Africa;
