• Accountable for all activities related to HR recruitments, forecasting when to fill a particular position, diversity and inclusion (D&I), assessing candidates, executing new hire orientations and performing background check
• Handling end to end Talent Acquisition role involving sourcing, preliminary screening, scheduling interviews, follow up feedback, compensation, negotiation, generating offer letters, onboarding and post onboarding procedures
• Informing job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities and conducting new employee orientations
• Maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, directories, or resume repositories
• Selecting qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
• Reviewing employment applications and job descriptions to match applicants with job requirements.
• Developing or implementing recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
• Advising management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs
• Recording all recruiting transactions into excel records for future references by way of maintaining an excel database of available Job Seekers and maintaining a complete information databank.
