Hello , I am Barry, married to Nikki, I have three beautiful daughters.

I live in Buncrana , County Donegal, originally from Derry.

I have vast amounts of knowledge and experience in both the Production & IT worlds, with the last ten years in various Agile related roles.

I am an excellent communicator and love assisting customers to achieve their desired goals.

Certified Scrum Master with proven experience in leading Agile teams within software development environments. 

Skilled in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within scope.

Past Roles I have also held include - Agile Practitioner, Skilled IT Security Engineer, and Product Owner/Manager with experience in the Server and Device Protection, and Vendor Management.

Broad industry experience includes Healthcare, Insurance, and Asset Management, Insurance and Airports.

I worked in Production environments mostly in various Printing roles for the Perfecseal, Derry Journal and Johnson Publishing in Potadown.
