I focus on delivering a positive customer experience by upholding high service standards, promptly addressing client complaints, and ensuring satisfactory resolutions. I regularly review customer feedback to implement improvements tailored to their needs. Additionally, I establish and maintain quality assurance programs to consistently uphold brand standards across all departments. I contribute to long-term strategic planning to drive operational improvements and efficiency, applying a systems-thinking approach to optimize interconnected processes. And above all ensure a comeback experience from all our clients

Education

As a master’s student in project management, i am introduced to key frameworks like PMBOK, PRINCE2, and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean) to provide adaptive, hybrid approaches for diverse projects. I am learning project planning, scheduling, risk, and cost management, ensuring thorough budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and performance tracking. Also how Stakeholder and team management skills are developed for effective communication, conflict resolution, and change management. Strategic alignment is emphasized, including portfolio management and aligning projects with business goals. How Quality management, ethics, and compliance ensure projects meet standards, while data analytics aids decision-making. Finally, knowledge in applied research which strengthens analytical skills for real-world project execution.
